2, mechanical loosening. The relative rolling of the thread pair is constrained directly by the stop. For example, open pin, series steel wire and stop washer are selected. Because the stop has no preload, the anti-loosening stop can work when the nut is loosened to the stop position. Therefore, this method actually does not prevent loosening but avoids falling off.
3, riveting and anti loosening. After tightening, punching point, welding, bonding and other methods are selected to make the thread pair lose the characteristics of the motion pair and join into a non-disassembly connection. The disadvantage of this method is that the bolt can only be used once, and it is very difficult to disassemble. The bolt pair must be destroyed before it can be disassembled.
4, the structure is loose proof. It is to use the thread pair's own structure, that is, the Down's thread loosening prevention method.
