After pickling, the guardrail mesh imtely enters the water tank and is immersed in the water tank for galvanizing, thus avoiding the re-oxidation of the mesh.
After pickling, water cleaning, extrusion drying, drying, hot-dip galvanizing into the zinc pot (temperature persisted in 445-465 C), then stop oiling and chromizing treatment. The quality of hot-dip galvanized mesh consumed by this method is much better than that of wet galvanized waste, and only has a certain value for small-scale fence consumption.
